The practice started in 2019, in a small book I self-published and released to my clients. But even I can admit it was just an idea then, lacking depth and the richness of time and thought.

After a few years now, this has evolved beyond journalling into a small subset of practices I reserve for when I want to shift gears from suffering into healing and thriving.

A grateful heart is offered as a course. this signature movement and meditation journey takes you through the chakras over seven sessions, that you can choose to take over one week, or seven, or 14.

you’ll be guided in meditation, breath and movement to help realise the gifts of the seven bodily chakras and learn how to feel the embodiment of organ systems linked to each one.
