Yoga teaching is hard. I get it. I decided a very short time into my teaching and training career that I wasn’t going to be good at teaching the way I had seen others do.

What I was incredibly good at, and still am is endlessly creating from my practice. I love to think about the way we could explore a theme or a pose, a body part or system.

It genuinely thrills me to guide students through experiences that deepen our mutual feeling of something that is integral to a connected and embodied experience.

With the class design mentoring, you get some 1-2-1 time with me to help design a class that is both authentic to you, and engaging to the participants.

This is perfect for any event you can think of teaching such as:

• Yoga class
• Yoga workshop

After a couple of sessions, and rounds of email idea sharing you’ll be presented with a fully licensed class that is yours to teach indefinitely.

Each class includes:

• a “script” that you may use as a guide or learn verbatim
• a printable document with the sequence to follow that can be copied and distributed 
• a unique playlist you can remix indefinitely

The end result is something that is 100% you’re that you may use or alter as you wish.
